The President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, thrilled the audience with a song at the official opening dinner of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.
Among those present was US President Donald Trump, who, according to Duterte, was the one who "brought" him on stage.
