The 87-year-old retired general, who led the Israeli Defense Ministry's space unit for almost 30 years, talks about an alien alliance that extends beyond our galaxy and beyond.

Essent even revealed that not only is there communication with other cosmic beings but that an "underground base in the depths of Mars" is maintained and that the US government had reached an agreement with the aliens.
The book by the former head of the space department of the Israeli army will soon be published in his book entitled "The Universe beyond the horizon".
"They signed an agreement with us to experiment here," he said, without
however to reveal what the terms of this supposed interplanetary agreement are or what it means by "experimentation".
