U.S. and North Korean officials have set up working groups to address "practical details" such as the ratification of efforts to achieve denuclearization, State Department spokeswoman Popeg said on the second day of her visit to the United States.
Spokeswoman Heather Nowert said Pompeo's talks with North Korean officials included the repatriation of the remains of American soldiers killed in the Korean War as well as denuclearization issues, according to reporters accompanying the US. Pompeo left the negotiating table to call President Donald Trump to brief him on the progress of the talks, reporters said.
