A journalist in Ecuador and his crew experienced something unthinkable - after a live connection a robber stood in front of them asking for their cell phones.
On February 12, Diego Ordinola, a reporter for Ecuador's DirecTV Sports, was outside the Isidro Romero Carbo Monumental Stadium, the headquarters of the Barcelona football club, when a man wearing a baseball cap and face mask approached him.
The robber asks for their phones and as soon as one of them hands over his smartphone, he runs, leaving the team in shock.
"We can not even work quietly. This happened today at 13:00 outside the Estadio Monumental ", said Diego Ordinola, posting the video of the incident on Twitter.
The video has already been viewed hundreds of thousands of times on Twitter alone and has since spread to other social networks.
