Early elections will be held in Germany on February 23, as was decided a while ago by the President of the Parliamentary Group of the Social Democrats, as well as his counterpart of the Christian Democrats.
The vote of confidence in the government will take place on December 15 and this date will also be the starting point of the pre-election period in Germany.
The head of the Federal Election Commission also agreed with the relevant decision.
