Several people were killed and many more were injured in attacks in the town of Kongseberg, Norwegian police said.
According to the first information, the attack was carried out with a bow and arrow, while the authorities do not rule out - for the time being - the possibility of terrorism. 
Police added that a suspect was arrested.
