Kyiv thanks Johnson for support

Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, thanked outgoing British Prime Minister Boris Johnson for always being at the forefront of support for Ukraine.

Mihailo Podoliak added in a taped message accompanying his Twitter post that Johnson, who announced today that he was resigning as the leader of the Conservative Party and therefore the Prime Minister, was "a person who started calling things by name them from the beginning" of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
