The Gaza Freedom Flotilla announced today that its ships were attacked by Israeli forces and that at least three were intercepted during a new attempt to reach the Palestinian enclave, which has suffered enormous destruction in the war that has now entered its third year, in order to deliver humanitarian aid.
The collective reported via Instagram that the Israeli armed forces used electronic warfare means to block the transmission of communications and videos, and their members boarded fleet ships to intercept them.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry, for its part, assured that the fleet's vessels are safe and are being taken to an Israeli port where the people on board will be immediately deported.
