In yet another tough public stance against Iran, Donald Trump is back with threats of escalation, calling on Tehran to move forward with a deal before, as he warns, everything is destroyed.
"I gave Iran opportunity after opportunity to make a deal," Trump wrote in his post, adding that he used "the strongest language" to urge them to move forward. However, he said, despite their efforts, the Iranians failed to complete the deal.
"I told them that if they don't do it, what will follow will be much worse than anything they know, expect or have been informed about," he emphasizes.
The American president makes special reference to the US's defensive power, which he describes as "the best and most deadly military technology in the world, by far," adding that "Israel also has many of these weapons systems, with more to come." In fact, he points out that Israel "knows how to use them."
Continuing, Trump refers to “hardline Iranians” who, he says, “spoke with courage” but had no idea what was about to happen. “Now they’re all dead,” he declares, adding that “the situation is going to get even worse.”
As he argues, so far there has been a "large number of deaths and destruction", however, there is still time to put an end to this "massacre" before the already planned even more violent attacks begin.
The US president is calling on the Iranian leadership to immediately agree to a deal before all is lost, in order to save what is left of what he calls the "Iranian Empire."
"No more deaths, no more disasters. Do it now, before it's too late," he concludes, closing the post with the wish: "God bless you all!".
