Donald Trump has confirmed that he intends to run for a second term in 2020, not only because "everyone wants it", but also "because there does not seem to be sustainable competition in the Liberal Democrat camp."
In an interview with Piers Morgan, he said that the Liberals "do not have the right candidate" when asked if the "Liberals could face not two more years from you, but possibly six".
Trump reiterated that the government could not name a Democrat who could possibly defeat him.
"I do not see anyone. "I know them all and I do not see anyone," said the US president of Air Force One, which he reportedly plans to decorate with "more American" colors and fit larger beds.
Trump noted that "you never know what's going on with health and other things," but assured his supporters that he "fully intends to pursue another term in the White House."
"Everyone seems to want me," he said confidently, despite widespread protests over his British trip and criticism of his policies at home.
In an earlier interview with the Sun, Trump claimed that recent polls showed that he was "the most popular man in the history of the Democratic Party," even "beating [Abraham] Lincoln."
