A rare incident occurred in Brazil, with a small aircraft making an emergency landing among moving cars on a highway in the country.
The scenes were recorded by passengers of other vehicles that were a few meters behind the single-engine Pelican 500 BR with its two occupants, neither of whom suffered the slightest injury.
The video shows the delicate maneuvers of the pilot, who managed to land the aircraft without crashing and without causing a traffic accident.
According to police, the aircraft that experienced engine problems was carrying 29-year-old pilot Mateus Renan Calando and its 71-year-old owner, Valdemiro José Minella.
The aircraft encountered a problem shortly after takeoff from an airport in the southern Brazilian state of Santa Catarina shortly after noon on Sunday.
