Armed police and a helicopter have surrounded a house in Brussels, where at least one gunman is, according to local media.
The incident takes place near a school with about 350 students. Children have entered rooms for their safety.
The surrounding area has been secured by the authorities, who have instructed the tenants to stay inside their homes.
Witnesses even report the presence of special forces while police helicopters fly over the area.
