As noted in a statement, a new fraud attempt was observed by sending messages to mobile phones, using the name of the Cyprus Post Office.
Here are the points that the public should pay attention to in order to verify that the communication below is NOT from Cyprus Post:
-The messages on mobile do not refer to the official website of the Department www.cypruspost.post
-Cyprus Post will not return an item or deliver an item because duties/taxes have not been paid
-Payments are not directed to the JCC Smart online payment platform, but to another email address.
