The Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance informs that the Law on the Renaming of the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, based on the provisions of which the Ministry is renamed the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance.
It is reminded that since July 2021 the Ministry of Social Welfare has been established and by Government decisions the Social Welfare Services have been under the responsibility of the Ministry since July 2021 and from January 2022 the Welfare Benefits Management Service.
Based on the above, any issues concerning benefits or social welfare benefits that are managed by the Social Welfare Services or the Welfare Benefit Management Service, including any objections to benefits, should be submitted to the competent Deputy Minister and the competent Ministry, respectively. of the case. The main benefits and benefits that have been transferred to the Ministry of Social Welfare together with the Welfare Benefit Management Service include, among others:

- The Child Allowance and the Monogamy Allowance
