The Ministry of Defense has announced the dates for the preliminary exams for admission to the Higher Military Educational Institutions and the Higher Military NCO Schools of Greece.
Specifically, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Defense, it will be conducted by a Health Committee at the 106 SNE (Military Field Hospital), based at the B. KAPOTA Camp, (BMH), in Aglantzia, from March 27, 2023 – April 7, 2023, the Health Examination.
Attendance will take place from 08:00 am. until 10:00 a.m. (after 10:00 am no one will be accepted).
Immediately before the Health Examination, a list will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Defense for the exact time of attendance of the candidates.
The Ministry of Defense notes that no personal letters will be sent.
According to the announcement, the Athletic Test will be held on April 11 and 12, 2023 at the Kykkos II Sports High School, in Nicosia for all candidates who have been deemed fit by the Health Committee during the health examination.
A list of those successful in the Health Examination will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Defense.
Immediately before the Sports Test, a list will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Defense for the exact time of attendance of the candidates.
The swim will be held on April 11 and 12, 2023 at the Aglantzia Swimming Pool for the candidates of the Military Sea Cadet Schools (SND), the Icarus School (SI) Flying Department and the Permanent Naval Officers School (SMYN), who will have been judged qualified by the Health Committee.
The Psychotechnical Test will be held for all candidates, who will have passed the Athletic Test, on Thursday 20.04.2023, at 9:00 a.m., at the National Martyr Kyprian Strovolos High School (tel. 22814700).
The exam takes about 2 hours. Check-in 8:45 am Candidates should bring blue pens with them.
According to the announcement, the candidates who have submitted an application to the Ministry of Education and Culture, to claim a position for admission to the Higher Military Educational Institutions and the Military NCO Schools of Greece for the academic year 2023-2024, must come to the premises of exams on the days and times that have been determined.
They must necessarily bring their Identity Card with them to be admitted. Their absence from the preliminary exams automatically cancels their candidacy for admission to the above Institutions/Schools.
The results of the preliminary examinations will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Defense (www.mod.gov.cy) until 12.05.2023.
