MERCISSE MVUAMA LUZOLO, 28 years old, and DIEU MERCI LIMBAYA FUNGULA, 26, both from the Democratic Republic of Congo, are wanted for the purpose of facilitating investigations, in connection with an under-investigated case concerning the offenses of conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery, the law on combating certain forms and manifestations of racism and xenophobia, etc.
