Following this development, the 31-year-old pleaded guilty to charges related to attempted murder against the 42-year-old, attempted murder resulting in endangering the life of the 6-year-old child, conspiracy to commit murder and four others related to possession and transportation of a firearm and possession and transportation of ammunition.
It is recalled that the Police arrived at the arrest of the 31-year-old just 24 hours after the attempt, after it was linked to genetic material isolated from a mask, which was found at the scene.
A few hours after his arrest, the accused confessed that he opened fire targeting the 42-year-old, stating that he would receive a sum of 20 thousand euros as a reward and claiming that he did not know that the six-year-old child was also in the car.
