Meteorological Officer Andreas Chrysanthou spoke to Mesimeri and Kati who said that a low barometric pressure is currently affecting Cyprus.
"For the next few days, we do not expect any special phenomena in the mountains, but the scene changes from tonight in the evening, so we expect some rains and isolated storms mainly initially on the coasts and later in the interior and in the mountains."
He added that there is a low barometric north of Cyprus.
For today the weather will be cloudy with medium and high clouds. Tomorrow we expect localized showers and isolated thunderstorms. Some much more limited conditions for Wednesday and some isolated showers with a storm in the east not out of the question. On Thursday the weather will continue to be cloudy, much more limited phenomena.
