In a new fatal road collision that occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, June 13, 2024, in the province of Nicosia, Lambros Georgiou, 58 years old from Anthoupoli, lost his life.
Specifically, at around 3.45 pm yesterday, while the 58-year-old was driving his truck on the Alonas - Platanistasas road at some point of the road, under circumstances that are being investigated, he lost control of his vehicle, resulting in it ending up in a ravine of approximately four meters.
The 58-year-old, who was found outside the vehicle, was transported by ambulance to Nicosia General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Nicosia Traffic Police continues the examinations.
