During the interrogation, the 31-year-old named a second person of his compatriot, aged 41, against whom an arrest warrant has been issued and he is wanted.

During the interrogation, the 31-year-old reported to the investigating authorities that he gave the money he received from the complainants to another 41-year-old person.
