The detection of a second case of coronavirus in a member of the nursing staff in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Makarios Hospital, signaled a new alarm inside the hospital.
It is recalled that a few days ago, another nurse was located in the neonatal ICU of the hospital. This particular health professional had come in contact with six newborns. On the occasion of the first incident, the spokesman of OKYPY, Charalambos Charilaou, had stated that in the specific ward of the hospital about 25% of the nurses are unvaccinated.
