The Platres-Troodos, Karvounas-Troodos and Prodromos-Troodos roads are only open to vehicles with 4X4 drive or equipped with anti-skid chains, due to frost, as the roads are slippery, the Police said in a statement, advising drivers to be careful.

Police advise those who will be traveling on the road network, who are required to comply with the traffic code and traffic signs, to avoid road collisions.

The rest of the road network in urban areas, as well as on motorways, did not present any particular problems on Wednesday morning, it was finally reported.
