An appointment for a vaccination against her begins today COVID-19 with 3rd dose through the Vaccination Portal for people aged 80 and over.

Specifically, according to the Ministry of Health, from Monday, October 4, at 9 in the morning, the Vaccination Portal will be available to arrange a vaccination appointment with the 3rd installment, which will be processed from Wednesday, October 6.

On Monday and Tuesday, October 4-5, the 3rd dose vaccinations will continue through the walk-in vaccination centers for people aged 80 and over. The walk-in centers are open from 8 am to 1 pm.

Beneficiaries who have completed their initial vaccination abroad and are 80 years of age or older will not be able to arrange a 3rd installment appointment through the Vaccination Portal. These people can go to the walk-in vaccination centers, which operate in all the Provinces, from Monday to Thursday, from 8 in the morning until 1 at noon.

It is recalled that for the 3rd dose an mRNA technology vaccine is administered. Citizens who come to the Vaccination Centers, must necessarily present proof of identification (Identity, Passport, Alien Registration Card, etc.), as well as their vaccination card.

Finally, it is clarified that, from the 4th to the 14th of October, due to technical upgrades in the Vaccination Portal, it will not be possible to arrange an appointment for the 1st installment. Citizens wishing to be vaccinated with the first dose can be vaccinated at the free-range vaccination centers.
