The 29-year-old entered the vehicle and at the sight of the members of YKAN, came out having the blanket in his possession and fled. During the chase, he threw the blanket containing 783 grams of cannabis on the ground. The members of the Force managed to stop him, while after a few minutes his father arrived on the scene.
The 29-year-old was arrested, while during a search of his vehicle, quantities of cannabis were found and confiscated. A search was then carried out on a prefabricated property used by the 29-year-old and his 41-year-old father, where eight nylon packages containing about 8 kilos and 126 grams of cannabis were found and confiscated, as well as a plastic container containing cannabis weighing 200 grams.
