The Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance announces that the Decisions of the Minister of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance, Ms. Zeta Aimilianidou, regarding the implementation of the Special Plans for the treatment of COVID-19, for the period from 1η April 2021 until April 30, 2021.
Specifically, the Decisions concern the following Special Plans:
1. Special Plan of Hotel Units and Tourist Accommodations (Decision No. 107, Κ.Δ.Π. 166/2021) (Application EEC.9 or EEC.14),
2. Special Plan of Economic Activities Related to the Tourism Industry or Economic Activities, which are affected by Tourism (Decision No. 108, Κ.Δ.Π. 167/2021) (Application EEC.10 or EEC.11),
3. Special Plan for Complete Suspension of the Company's Operations (Decision No. 109, Κ.Δ.Π. 168/2021) (ESA Application.3),
4. Special Plan for Partial Suspension of the Company's Operations (Decision No. 110, Κ.Δ.Π. 169/2021) (ESA Application.4),
5. Special Unemployment Support Plan (Decision No. 111, Κ.Δ.Π. 170/2021) (ESA Application.8),
6. Special Plan for Certain Categories of Independent Workers Decision (Decision No. 112, Κ.Δ.Π. 171/2021) (ESA application.5) and
7. Special Occupational Absence Allowance for Health Reasons (Decision No. 113, Κ.Δ.Π. 172/2021) (EEC application.15).
Applications for participation in the Special Plans for April 2021 will be posted on the special website www.coronavirus.mlsi.gov.cy on Monday, April 26, 2021. It is emphasized that the deadline for electronic submission of applications for participation in the Special Plans for the period from 1η April 2021 to April 30, 2021 is the midnight of Monday, May 10, 2021. Interested parties are invited to submit their application in a timely manner as online applications will not be available for use after the above deadline and will not be made any requests for late applications are accepted.
It is emphasized that in order for the payment of the Special Allowances to be possible, the appropriate Bank Account Statement mentioned in each application must be submitted, provided that it has not already been submitted and confirmed.
In addition, the Group of Companies, which wish the companies of the Group that are engaged in the same economic activity to be considered as a single application for participation of the Group in a Special Plan that is applied during the period from 1η April 2021 to April 30, 2021, must submit a request through the form that will be posted on the website www.coronavirus.mlsi.gov.cy for the purpose of granting approval by the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance. The form should be sent, duly completed, to the email address omiloi@mlsi.gov.cyIt is pointed out that in case the Groups of Companies have already secured the approval of the Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance for the submission of a single application, they do not need to submit a new application.
