The Association of Credit Acquisition Companies & Credit Facility Administrators (SEDP) announced that its members have submitted a written expression of interest to participate in the Rent Against Installment Plan, following the invitation of the Ministry of Finance to Cypriot Banks and Credit Acquisition Companies dated 17/7/ 2023.
The purpose of the Plan is to protect the Main Residence of vulnerable households through full settlement of the Credit Facility which is secured by mortgage(s) on the Main Residence, the market value of which does not exceed €250.000.
