A case of theft of gold worth 10.000 euros is being investigated by the Police following a complaint.

According to the Police, at 18:20 yesterday a woman reported to the Kofinos police station that "between the hours of 8:30 and 11:30 on November 12, while she was absent from her home, a stranger or strangers entered her home and stole or were stolen from her bedroom cupboard, gold with a total value of 10.000 euros".

From the investigations of the Police "no violation was found".

The house does not have a closed circuit monitoring system or an alarm system, it is added.

The Kofinos Police Station is investigating the case.
