As part of an investigation into a drug possession case on Friday, in Larnaca, specifically about one kilo of cannabis, the Police proceeded yesterday, based on a court warrant, to arrest another person.
He is a 27-year-old man who was taken into custody to facilitate interrogations.
It is noted that two more people, aged 22 and 23, have been arrested and are being detained in the same case.

It is recalled that the first two young men were arrested on Friday after one was found in possession of a nylon package containing approximately one kilogram of cannabis, while the other was found in possession of precision scales with traces of cannabis and in his car approximately 10 grams of cannabis.
According to the Police, during the operation to arrest them, road collisions occurred in which two members of the YKAN were injured. A male police officer suffered a double fracture in his hand and a female police officer suffered a neck injury and bruises on her hand. At the same time, extensive damage was caused to two official vehicles.
The 22-year-old appeared on the morning of February 7 before the Larnaca District Court where a detention order was issued for a period of 8 days.
