In relation to the examination of asylum seekers and detainees, only the obligation for a rapid test remains for newly arriving asylum seekers and detainees, while the repeated examination is abolished.
Regarding the compliance of positive incidents COVID 19 with the guidelines remains and includes the mandatory self-restriction of 5-7 days.

Also, the vaccination certificate (Safe Pass) for entering hospitals, nursing homes and other closed structures for the care and accommodation of elderly and vulnerable groups is completely abolished, while the obligation to show a vaccination certificate/negative test/certificate of recovery for entry to reception and hospitality centers is abolished asylum seekers
It is noted that the validity period of the recovery certificate remains at 90 days, while the QR code scan of the European Digital COVID Certificate is also abolished
