Athens denies what Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said about his meeting with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
"There is no fixed Mitsotaki-Erdogan appointment," Greek government sources said Sunday night, noting that the two leaders' plans do not coincide.
It is noted that Mr. Erdogan concludes his presence in New York on September 22, according to the program posted on the website of the Turkish presidency, the day on which the arrival of the Greek Prime Minister is scheduled.
