Around 6.40:39 p.m. yesterday, while a XNUMX-year-old man was driving his car on Makariou Avenue XNUMX in Limassol, under circumstances that are being investigated, he ran over and injured a two-year-old girl, who, while on the sidewalk, got off and entered the street.
The two-year-old was initially transported by ambulance to the Limassol General Hospital where it was found that she had suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage and then, after being intubated, she was transferred to Makarios Hospital, where she was kept for further hospitalization.
Her health condition is judged by the treating doctors as serious.
The Limassol Traffic Police continues the examinations.
