The Ministry of Health orders the coronavirus molecular test for all asylum seekers before they enter a Reception Center, but also for new detainees before being admitted to detention centers or prisons.
In a new decree, issued today, the following regulations are issued:
Asylum seekers who enter and / or are placed and / or are required to stay in reception, hospitality and / or detention centers for asylum seekers undergo a molecular test for Coronavirus COVID-19, before entering these centers.
The molecular test for Coronavirus COVID-19, is performed and / or repeated to any asylum seeker located within the accommodation and / or detention center, whenever deemed necessary by the Head of the Asylum Service.
All new detainees undergo molecular testing for Coronavirus COVID-19, before being admitted to any detention center and / or prison.
The molecular test for Coronavirus COVID-19, is carried out and / or repeated in any detainee, whenever deemed necessary by the Director of the Prison Department and / or Head of Detention Centers and / or Chief of Police and / or other Head of Detention Centers.
