The Ministry of Interior has provided clarification for the potential beneficiaries of the housing plans of the Service for the Care and Rehabilitation of Displaced Persons (YMAPE) and the housing grant plan for young people/young couples.
According to a Press Release, in relation to the potential beneficiaries of the Housing Scheme for granting financial assistance to young people and/or young couples up to 41 years of age, who have submitted an application for the housing schemes of the Service for the Care and Rehabilitation of Displaced Persons (YMAPE), it is clarified that applicants who themselves or their spouse/partner have also submitted an application to the housing schemes of YMAPE, which is pending evaluation, may submit an application for participation in the Scheme, without requiring the withdrawal of the application from YMAPE.
It is noted that, upon completion of the evaluation of one of the two applications and provided that approval is given, the application for the other Scheme is canceled, as the Schemes do not allow for the receipt of double state housing financial assistance.
