The Police yesterday proceeded to arrest a person, in the context of investigating a case of illegal possession of property.
This is a 25-year-old man, who today is expected to be brought before the District Court of Nicosia, for the issuance of an arrest warrant.
The case concerns the burglary of a residence in Nicosia and the theft of gold worth 5 thousand euros, which was reported to the TAE of Nicosia on June 4, 2024.
After evaluating information, testimony emerged against the 25-year-old, in whose possession a quantity of gold was found.
TAE Nicosia continues the exams.
