As part of the Literacy Courses program for Turkish Cypriot Adults at the State Training Institutes (KIE), free Greek language courses are offered to all Turkish Cypriot / Turkish-speaking citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, who have a Republic of Cyprus identity card, the Ministry of Education states in a statement, Sports and Youth.
He notes that the courses in question are offered by the State Training Institutes at KIE Agios Antonios, housed in the Lyceum of Agios Antonios, and KIE Agios Spyridon, housed in the Lyceum of Agios Spyridon, in Limassol and last up to 120 periods of 45 minutes each school year.
It states, finally, that those interested are invited to visit or contact the aforementioned institutes for registration details and the days and hours of the courses at the following telephone numbers: KIE Agios Antonios: 25306545 and KIE Agios Spyridon: 25694350.
