The Ministry of Health announced two new deaths and over 2 thousand cases

Of the 145 patients diagnosed with coronavirus, 28 are in serious condition

The Ministry of Health announces that today, March 2 2022:

- They were announced 2 deaths

- Relate to:

  • Woman, aged 71, who died on March 1
  • A woman, 85 years old, who passed away on March 2

- Total number of deaths with final cause of the disease COVID-19: 859.

-       145 patients COVID-19 are hospitalized in OKYPY hospitals

-       28 in serious condition (ICU: 2 out of ventilator / 11 intubated, MAF: 15)

- Percentage of patients without a history of vaccination: 59,32%

-       19 Patients who have ceased to be infectious continue to be treated intubated for COVID in an Intensive Care Unit.

Diagnostic examinations:

- They took place in total 86.525 diagnostic examinations

- They were located 2.109 new cases (set of cases 326.611).

- Position rate in all exams 2,44%

Total number of molecular tests (PCR):

- They took place 3.369 molecular tests

- They emerged 294positive incidents

- Position of positivity 8,73%

Total number of rapid antigen detection tests (fastTest):

- They were carried out 83.156 rapid antigen detection tests

- They emerged 1.815 positive incidents

- Position of positivity 2,18%

Tracking:

- They were carried out 352 molecular tests and were detected 36 positive events (percentage of positivity 10,23%)

- They were carried out 709 rapid antigen detection tests and detected  61 positive events (percentage of positivity 8,60%)

Private initiative:

- They were carried out 1.556 molecular tests were identified 211 positive events (percentage of positivity 13,56%)

- They were carried out 42.746 rapid antigen detection tests were detected 1.147 positive events (percentage of positivity 2,68%)

Through the programs of the Ministry of Health were carried out 40.410 rapid antigen detection test. They were located 668 positive incidents.

- Sampling points: 20.448 rapid detection tests were detected 488 positive events (percentage of positivity 2,39%)

- Secondary Education: 11.692 rapid detection tests were detected 66 positive events (percentage of positivity 0,56%)

- Test-to-Stay: performed 4.010 rapid antigen detection tests and detected 39 positive events (percentage of positivity 0,97%)

Other

- Nursing homes: conducted 1.235 rapid antigen detection tests were detected 5 positive events (percentage of positivity 0,40%)

- Closed structures: carried out 1.995 rapid antigen detection tests were detected 6 new incidents (percentage of positivity 0,30%).

- Government Services: performed 103 rapid antigen detection test and no positive cases detected (positivity rate 0,00%)

- Industrial Areas: carried out 218 rapid antigen detection tests and detected 3 positive events (percentage of positivity 1,38%)
