Four packages, containing cocaine and an explosive device, were found and seized yesterday by the Police, in a house in Limassol. To facilitate the investigations, the 18-year-old tenant of the house was arrested.
The search at the 18-year-old's house was carried out yesterday afternoon, by members of the National Police, pursuant to a court warrant. During the search, four nylon packages were located and seized, which contained cocaine, with a total gross weight of 22,7 grams. A precision scale and an improvised explosive device were also located and seized.
The 18-year-old was arrested for a felony and was remanded in custody for facilitation.
YKAN (District Level of Limassol) and TAE Limassol are investigating the case.
