A new complaint for sexual harassment is before the Police, the Spokesperson of the Force, Christos Andreou, stated to KYPE.
Asked about the allegations of sexual harassment, Mr. Andreou said they had a new complaint from a girl.
"We received a complaint. A letter from her Lawyer last week. We contacted her. We closed a meeting and a deposit was received on Sunday ", he added.
According to information from KYPE, the case concerns a teacher.
Answering a question about the number of complaints of sexual harassment that the Police has before it, from the day these cases saw the light of day until today, Mr. Andreou said that they have had 24 complaints so far.
Asked if other cases of sexual harassment have been sent to the Legal Service for study and instructions, Mr. Andreou said that some are expected to go this week, because their investigation has been completed.
