The General Councils of the EAC trade unions are meeting in an extraordinary session on Monday, February 24, in the morning to examine "the serious events that have occurred and are occurring in the Electricity Sector."
This is stated in a letter on behalf of four EAC unions, which has been communicated to the President, Vice President and Members of the EAC Board of Directors.
The unions point out the "stagnation in the implementation of strategically important decisions by the Electricity Authority, which concern the Energy Sector."
