A large quantity of drugs was detected by members of the Anti-Narcotics Service - YKAN, after receiving and investigating relevant information. This is, specifically, a quantity of cocaine with a gross weight of 30 kilograms, which was found in hand luggage, inside a container.
The bag was found on November 13, in a container imported from a foreign country. After receiving the information, members of YKAN seized the large amount of cocaine.
The exams are continued by YKAN both in Cyprus and in countries abroad.
