On the basis of the decisions of the Council of Ministers, dated July 30, and with the aim of stopping the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, from 1η August in places where access requires SafePass, people 12 years of age and older must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Vaccination certificate at least one dose and 3 weeks after the vaccine has been given.
  2. Proof that a person has contracted the disease COVID-19 the last 6 months.
  3. Negative test certificate, PCR or rapid test, with a power of 72 hours.

According to the decision of the Council of Ministers, dated July 2, from 1ηIn August, only the following categories of citizens can be served in the rapid test units:

  • The minors up to 17 years old. Children aged 12-17, who do not have the consent of their parents / legal guardians for vaccination, can have a free rapid test through the Ministry of Health program.
  • The persons 18 years of age and older who cannot be vaccinated with a medical certificate, and after their request is examined by the Pancyprian Medical Association and the Ministry of Health and given the relevant approval, which must be presented to the sampling unit.
  • The pregnant women who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, with the necessary approval from the ad hoc committee of the Pancyprian Medical Association and the Ministry of Health, issued after the evaluation of a request that they must submit with the necessary medical certificates by their Gynecologist.
  • The people who have been vaccinated with 1ηdose of the vaccine, for the period of three weeks which must be tested as a prerequisite for the SafePass version. The Vaccination Card must be presented for verification purposes.
  • The individuals who have completed their vaccination regimen, but wish to be tested for their health monitoring purposes or for other reasons. It is understood that the Vaccination Card must be submitted.
  • The people who own it certificate of recovery from the disease COVID-19 within the last 180 days, but wish to be tested for their health monitoring purposes or for other reasons. It is understood that the certificate of recovery must be presented.

In addition to the above evidence, it is recalled that all citizens they must provide proof of identity (eg Identity Card, Driver's License, Passport, etc.), for identification purposes.
