In the last 24 hours, the police responded to three calls due to the severe weather conditions and mainly the rainfall, which concerned the Provinces of Nicosia, Paphos and Famagusta.
In today's announcement, the Fire Department states that from 06:00 on January 3, 2022 until 06:00 on February 4, 2022, it responded to 25 calls for help, 14 fires, 9 special services, of which only 3 concerned disasters and 2 false calls.
The calls due to the severe weather conditions and mainly the rainfall, concerned the Provinces of Nicosia, Paphos and Famagusta, with the Fire Brigade responding to two episodes, which concerned the fall and movement of trees in the provinces of Nicosia and Paphos and one incident that / of cheap materials in the province of Famagusta.
