The operation of the platform for participation in the Tuition Grant and Feeding Scheme for children up to four years has been restored.
The platform can be accessed at the link http://www.wbas.dmsw.gov.cy/dmsw/ydep.nsf/grands10_el/grands10_el?OpenDocument in the "Submit an Application" Section.
According to the Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare, by noon, approximately 2.500 applications had been submitted and approved by parents of eligible children.
Following the technical issues that arose with the operation of the platform for the submission of an application by parents for participation in the Tuition Grant and Feeding Scheme for children up to 4 years of age, the Welfare Benefits Management Service informs that the technical issues have been resolved and operation has already been restored of the platform. The platform is accessible at the link http://www.wbas.dmsw.gov.cy/dmsw/ydep.nsf/grands10_el/grands10_el?OpenDocument, in the "Submission of an application" Section, is referred to in an announcement by the Deputy Ministry.
It is added that for the purposes of informing them, an email is sent to the parents who had faced the previous problem accessing the platform and contacted the HYDEP, with which they are informed about the resolution of the technical difficulties and the possibility of submitting the application.
