The Department of Geological Survey of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment announces that on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 02:42 local time, an earthquake measuring M=3.2 on the Richter scale was recorded by the Department's seismological network.
The earthquake had its epicenter in the southwestern coastal zone of the city of Limassol and a focal depth of 34 kilometers. The earthquake was slightly felt in the province of Limassol.
