Paphos Police are investigating a case of assault with malicious damage against an employee of a photo signage company.
As he reports, a 36-year-old employee of a traffic light company reported to the Police that at around 2.40 this morning, while he was in the company's vehicle for a traffic light check on the Paphos - Limassol highway, near the Kouklia exit, he parked near the car, in which three people were riding.
According to the Police, one of the three individuals asked to speak with the complainant and after he slightly opened the driver's door window, the unknown man allegedly sprayed him in the face, while at the same time, the other two individuals allegedly hit the company's car, causing damage to it.
The 36-year-old started the car and went to the Police where he filed a complaint.
The case is being investigated by TAE Paphos.
