A fire broke out at dawn in a house in Strovolos which was extinguished by the owner before it could spread.
A representative of the Police Press Office reported to KYPE that the fire broke out at 2:45 a.m. in the balcony door of the house and due to the immediate intervention of the owner, the fire was immediately extinguished.
Members of the Fire Department and the Police went to the scene.
According to the first investigations by the Police, there are suspicions of malicious damage. The exact reasons will become clear within the day.
