From the beginning of 2013, the time during which the father of the minor was deported, the accused, in different cases, despite the reactions of the five-year-old and not being able to escape, repeatedly exploited her sexually. In some cases, this also happened when the 81-year-old took her for a ride on his motorcycle.
The horror against the five-year-old girl continued until March 2017, ie for five years, while in total he committed obscene acts in 16 different cases.
Despite the fact that the mother of the minor was informed by her own daughter about the heinous acts of the 81-year-old, she repeatedly told both the accused and his wife to stop, while instructing the five-year-old not to say anything because she would be evicted. from the house where they were staying. In fact, he suggested ways to avoid the 81-year-old, but the minor did not always succeed.
The 81-year-old's repeated acts caused the minor difficulty sleeping, nightmares, constant anxiety and tension, while he felt angry and sad. At the same time, the little girl felt fear and anxiety, as she knew that if she spoke, the accused and his wife would be evicted from the house where she lived with her mother and could not afford to find another home.
Finally, a friend of the minor, who had gone to her house to celebrate her birthday and learned about the abominable acts of the accused, spoke to an official of the Welfare Office, who in turn lodged a complaint with the Police, and so the nightmare the little one finished when she reached the age of ten.
The 81-year-old was interrogated, he told the Police, "I nodded to her because he wanted and liked her", as well as other disgusting excuses, even claiming that the minor herself asked for it.
It is noted that after the complaint to the Police, the little girl was transferred to a children's home, until her mother finds another home, while his wife passed away last July.
The Criminal Court, imposing a sentence of three years in prison on the 81-year-old, stressed in its decision that "such offenses erode the human existence, dignity and insult the personality of the victim, but also leave mental traumas that are difficult to heal after the child's mental world is upset." ». The Criminal Court also referred to the escalation observed in such offenses.
