A complaint is pending before the police authorities against a specialist doctor, who is contracted with the General Health Insurance System, for false entries in the system.
According to the Police, the complaint against the doctor was filed by the Health Insurance Authority, following a relevant audit of the doctors' services.
The same information states that the doctor in question appears to have been making false entries in the General Health Insurance System, which concerns the services offered to patients.
The case is being investigated by the Nicosia TAE.
