In a televised address, the leader of the Shiite organization warned that if hostilities with the Israeli army escalated into a wider war, then the movement's fighters would fight "without rules" and "without restrictions".

He explained that nowhere in Israel would be safe from Hezbollah attacks, even talking about possible targets in the Mediterranean Sea.

For the first time, Hassan Nasrallah issued threats against Cyprus, underlining that Hezbollah could consider it involved in the war if it continues to allow Israel to use its airports and bases for military purposes.
