PASYDY also reports that as a result of the above and continuing intense and intensive efforts that had been initiated by the Organization since December 2021 on this specific issue and which escalated during the last months, yesterday, after many hours of consultations between of PASYDY, OHO-SEK AND SIDIKEK-PEO Trade Unions with the Ministry of Finance "we reached an agreement for the accelerated promotion of low-paid employees of Scale A2-A5-A7(ii) of the public and wider public sector, in parallel with the possibility of promotion of the employees at Scale A7(ii), after a total service of 18 years'.
At the same time, she expresses her thanks to the President of the Republic for his contribution to the regulation of the issue, the resolution of which was one of his pre-election commitments.
"We also owe special thanks to the Deputy Minister in addition to the President for her decisive interventions, which contributed to the successful conclusion of the matter and of course also to the Minister of Finance and the Director General of the Ministry and his colleagues for the constructive cooperation within the framework of the institutionalized dialogue ", he notes.
